Clinical and X-ray Manifestations of Mycobacteriosis in Patients with Chronic Lung Disease

Study Objective: to identify clinical and X-ray features of mycobacteriosis caused by slow-growing forms nontuberculous mycobacteria (NTMB), in patients with chronic non-specific lung diseases TB. Design: prospective retrospective study. Materials Methods. We examined 166 diseases: bronchitis, obstructive respiratory diseases, bronchiectatic disease, 79 had a primary disease (NTM); controls were 87 without NTM. The study included only NTMB. Results. Analysis the presentations demonstrated that, when associated mycobacterial infection did not cause severe aggravation symptoms except for All groups showed identical symptoms: fibrous, focal infiltrative, cavity changes, bronchictasia. Still, most often they recorded Conclusion. NTM NTMB is diagnosed long-lasting aggravated disease. When tuberculous process, makes more pronounced, but duration remains same.
